We hope you are having a purrfect day. Today, we have an interesting story that sparked quite a discussion on Reddit! A concerned cat owner turned to Reddit after her boyfriend began arguing that their cat should stay behind when they move. OP was vehemently against leaving the poor kitty behind, especially because this cat, Mochi, had been microchipped at this point. He was sleeping in the couple's bed every night and was plump and healthy thanks to regular feedings. Reddit was outraged and told the woman that she could not just abandon this cat, and began advising her to dump her boyfriend. Do you think this is a bit extreme?     neighbors who thought they were strays. One of them was gone for 4 weeks and we assumed she was ded. It was very tra tizing for my boyfriend and he did not want us to do the same to another family if Mochi was a part of their lives too. He is not a , he just did not want to hurt others the way our family was hurt.

    That being said, the people who said that Mochi is ours due to the microchip and the collar- I agree. I am going to make that point to my boyfriend. We are not leaving Mochi, he is a large part of my family and I do not know what I would do without him.
